Agile is often thought of as simply a way to implement technology inside an organisation. In fact, it's an entire culture change and shift in ways of working across all departments.

Now, more than ever, leaders are recognising culture as a financial driver of the organisation and an key enabler of innovation. Stepping outside of the cultural norm can understandably present a challenge based on the size of the shift – and in order to implement a change on any scale, it is important for leaders or change agents to first truly understand the current state in order to anticipate potential resistance.
